Lisa Bianconi Lewis is the mother of Olivia Lewis, a young woman who suffered a massive brainstem stroke at age 21 that was complicated by the rare neurological diagnosis of Locked-In Syndrome. Lisa works to raise awareness by sharing her personal family perspective on the healthcare and personal journal through decision-making and rehabilitation of a child with Locked-In Syndrome.
