CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellation requests for CLOTS: Head To Toe conference must be received in writing to registration@clots.org by December 18, 2026. Upon receipt of a compliant cancellation notice, a refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of 50% (or the full registration amount, whichever is less).   Cancellations received after December 18, 2026 will not be refunded. If you do not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of your participation in the event or lack thereof.
